Srđan Prodanović is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory at the University of Belgrade. He completed his undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade (Department of Sociology). The focus of his research is contemporary social theory, philosophy of social sciences, sociology of social change and sociology of everyday life. He is currently investigating the cognitive and affective resources that social actors rely on in situations of systemic crisis. He is the author of two monographs, as well as numerous scientific articles in national and international professional journals. During his career, Srđan participated in several international research projects and networks, including The Regional Research Promotion Program in the Western Balkans, Independent Research Foundation and COST initiatives. He is a member of the editorial board of Sociologija and the assistant editor-in-chief of Philosophy and Society.
